Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek Pinault, born Salma Valgarma Hayek-Jamesenez on September 2, 1966 is an American and Mexican actor and producer. Her career began in Mexico by playing the lead in the television drama Teresa (1989-1991) as well as the romantic drama El Callejon de los Milagros (1995) in which she earned an Ariel Award nomination. With appearances in films like Desperado (1995), From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West (1999) and Dogma (1999) She quickly made her mark in Hollywood. Hayek's portrayal of Frida Kahlo as a painter in Frida (2002) which was a biographical film she wrote and produced, earned her the Academy Award for Best Actress nomination [6].
